Introducing AccuTite Skin Tightening in Leesburg, FL

AccuTite is the smallest device in the Radiofrequency Assisted Lipolysis (RFAL) family. While it is tiny, it is incredibly mighty. This innovative tool combines the power of larger treatments like BodyTite and FaceTite into a miniature, handheld device.

Rarely do we find a smaller device that matches the power of its larger counterparts. However, AccuTite does exactly that by delivering powerful radiofrequency energy with extreme precision.

With this advanced technology, Dr. Cruz can apply targeted skin contraction to delicate, hard-to-reach areas. Consequently, this prevents the need for invasive excisional surgeries, such as a surgical eyelid lift.

How Does AccuTite Work?

AccuTite works by delivering controlled radiofrequency energy beneath the skin’s surface. First, Dr. Cruz creates tiny, microscopic entry points in the target area. Next, the specialized probe gently warms the deep tissue layers.

This precise heating process melts small pockets of unwanted fat while simultaneously stimulating collagen production. As a result, the treatment tightens the skin from the inside out, leaving no visible scars.

AccuTite vs. Blepharoplasty (Eyelid Surgery)

While both AccuTite and a traditional blepharoplasty address aging around the eyes, their approaches differ significantly.

  • The Surgical Approach: A blepharoplasty requires structural surgery to cut away excess skin and fat around the eyelids.

  • The Minimally Invasive Approach: AccuTite uses RFAL technology to contour and tighten the area without large incisions.

Because AccuTite is non-surgical, it naturally carries a much lower risk of complications. Patients can easily avoid issues like surgical scarring, infections, or general anesthesia risks. Furthermore, AccuTite is highly cost-effective because it eliminates expensive operating room and anesthesia fees.

Comparing the Downtime

Recovery times also set these two options apart. A traditional eyelid surgery usually requires one to two weeks of downtime, accompanied by noticeable swelling and bruising. In contrast, AccuTite boasts a remarkably short recovery period. Most patients return to their normal routines in just a few days with minimal swelling.

Ultimately, AccuTite provides gradual, natural-looking results for a refreshed appearance. While surgery can offer more dramatic transformations, AccuTite is the ideal choice for subtle, scarless rejuvenation.

AccuTite vs. Facelift vs. Eyelid Surgery: Key Benefits

If you have mild to moderate skin laxity, AccuTite offers a bridge between non-invasive treatments and major plastic surgery. Here is what makes it stand out:

  • Minimally Invasive: Uses tiny micro-punctures instead of long surgical incisions.

  • Rapid Recovery: Features short downtime, typically lasting just a few days to a week.

  • Natural-Looking Results: Delivers gradual improvements that keep you looking like yourself—never “overdone.”

  • Dual-Action Contouring: Tightens sagging skin while simultaneously melting small areas of fat.

  • No Visible Scarring: The tiny entry points heal quickly and fade away completely.

  • Lower Risk Profile: Avoids the need for general anesthesia, lowering overall medical risks.

  • Cost-Effective: Costs significantly less than a traditional facelift or blepharoplasty.

Yes, Accutite can be done in the same treatment session with Morpheus 8, or a few weeks after other treatments.

Being nervous on the day of the procedure is normal! One of the many benefits of an in-office procedure is that you will be surrounded by people you know (the doctor, his assistant, and office support staff) and we want you to have a safe and as pain-free experience as possible. When you arrive at the office we will first go over the procedure, confirm the treatment areas, and have you take any oral medications prescribed (relaxation, antibiotics, etc).

Treatment areas will be marked with surgical markers by the doctor as a guide to outline the areas. Upon entering the procedure room your treatment areas will be coated with a sterilizing solution, and you will be comfortably positioned on the treatment table, all areas not having the procedure will be draped with sterile sheets and towels and your face generally be covered. The procedure will then be performed. Procedure times vary, but the average length is 60 to 90 minutes. Afterward, you will be placed in a surgical garment or wrap if needed.

Within 15 to 30 minutes you will be discharged to the care of a friend or family member. Due to the oral medication that is administered before the procedure, you will not be able to drive yourself home afterward or for 24 hours following the procedure, we also request that you have someone stay with you for 24 hours.

AccuTite is an outpatient procedure that we do in our private clinic here in Leesburg, FL. Most treatments are completed in an hour.

Local anesthesia is administered to the treatment area , no other  additional light sedation is required.

A small incision is made for the internal probe to be inserted, which allows the RF energy to work from within and moved through the fatty tissues to melt away the fat while tightening the skin. Light and gentle Liposuction may be performed thereafter if needed.

Depending on the treatment area, downtime can be from 1-2 days up to 10 days.
